- No splitting of table or bill is allowed.

- Offer is valid on Premium Wagyu buffet only and is not applicable for additional top-ups (e.g. premium meat top-up) or ala carte drinks (e.g. beer, sake and mineral water). An 80-minute dining limit is applied.

- Food Wastage fee of $5 per 100g will be strictly implemented.

- This promo should not be used in conjunction with other discounts, promos, offers or any card privileges.

- Management reserves the right to amend / append / withdraw terms and conditions without prior notice.

- Promotion is not available on PH, eve of PH, and special occasions (E.g. Mother’s Day, CNY, Valentines Day, etc.)
